The Peak Health Method
At the core of the Programme is a holistic personalized approach that aims to create lasting lifestyle changes through our unique method, the Peak Health Quadrant. This method focuses on the interrelation of four key areas: Physical Fitness, Nutrition, Sleep Quality, and Mental Wellness.
Through our method, we help one address each of the four key areas by optimizing both the fuel and function in the body to improve overall wellbeing. We teach guests how to boost the metabolism, increase insulin sensitivity, and balance the body’s functions through diet, exercise, and life-style changes.
Our first step focuses on maximizing the efficiency of the different functions that occur in the body, particularly the digestive, hormonal, circulatory, and cellular system. We then concentrate on correctly fueling the body with a healthy diet of lean proteins and seasonal vegetables that are rich in vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats. Finally, we engage in activities that use this fuel to help restore the body’s energy. Guests leave Peak Health not only feeling rejuvenated, but also with an understanding of how to better support the functions of the body by choosing the right fuel and activity to reach their goals with ease and joy.
The Peak Health Quadrant
We utilize a variety of fitness modalities throughout the Peak Health Method, from long walks in the surrounding forests to hiking at high altitude to improve cardiovascular fitness and increase metabolism. Strength Training sessions are delivered to increase lean muscle mass, therefore, improving insulin sensitivity. We close each day with Yoga and Pilates to rest, restore, and repair.
