Sample day at the Retreat:
Start your morning with a BXR London activation session led by Sohail Ahmad.
After your activation session, you will have a nutritional and healthy breakfast designed by the BXR London team and prepared by The Capra's award-winning kitchen team.
Following breakfast, you will begin your daily hike around one of Saas-Fee's trails, led by our mountain guide. The signature Peak Health daily hikes are unique to the Program and provide many fitness benefits by incorporating steady state cardio and intervals with altitude training. Furthermore, each hike serves as both a moving meditation and an adventure, attracting guests from across the globe.
After your hike, you will return to the hotel for a healthy, gourmet lunch on the Terrace. You will enjoy free time and relaxation time in our Spa after lunch.
Your final session will be one of Sohail’s engaging workouts before dinner.
After Dinner, you will join the BXR London specialists for tea and information sessions in The Capra’s Lounge focusing on developing a championship mindset before retiring to the comforts of your luxury room for a good night’s sleep.
