The Spring Retreat with Louise Parker Method is the perfect way to kick start a new routine, to reset from daily life or to simply escape into nature with a wellness focus. This 7-day retreat includes 1:1 attention for every guest everyday, provides an immersion in the Louise Parker Method and is led by an expert LP dietitian and an LP personal trainer.
Each guest will have a personal wellness assessment, prior to arrival, with their Louise Parker dietitian to create their individual wellness programme. Guests will train daily in the award-winning Louise Parker Method with a mix of one-to-one, group training and outdoor fitness activities. The experience is enhanced through the energizing power of the stunning natural surroundings. Louise Parker will be creating a special daily menu prepared by The Capra’s team of gourmet chefs using fresh and locally sourced ingredients. At the end of the week, each guest will have the tools, knowledge and resources to continue their transformation at home, and will have one further consultation with their Louise Parker dietitian to reinforce their new routine.
