Established in 2002, Dan Roberts places emphasis on elite exercise programming, mindful movement, strength training, yoga, ballet, mixed martial arts, wellness coaching, nutritional coaching and the lost art of playing to give our clients superior results, with a mission to revolutionise the way people think about their body, exercise and wellbeing.

During this retreat, you will be taken to your limits using HIIT circuits, boxing and running – all while being surrounded in Saas-Fee’s stunning beauty. During your three-night stay, Dan’s expertise will be at your fingertips. In your introductory assessment, Dan will assess any muscular imbalances and mobility issues advising on scientific exercise strategies, enabling lasting results to stretch beyond your stay. Educational seminars will focus on the synergy between high-performance fitness and success in life, along with tips and tools to enable the reshaping and re-forming of habits, focus and discipline.

In this outdoor paradise, with Dan and a Swiss Mountain expert, you will be uniquely challenged at 4,000 feet as you Glacier Hike and Snow Snow Hiking along the Alpine peaks, taking in the stunning panoramic views.

A luxurious experience will be weaved into the programme as you enjoy a stay in the heart of this enchanting alpine car-free village. You will be catered for by the five-star Capra Restaurant and have access to The Spa each afternoon.

Meet Dan Roberts

Dan Roberts, strength and conditioning coach has worked in the health and fitness industry for 20 plus years, notching up over 20,000 hours of personal training experience. Accredited by the NSCA, Dan’s training methods echo his extensive experience and qualifications. With an emphasis on elite exercise programming, he brings together mindful movement, strength training, yoga, ballet, mixed martial arts, wellness coaching, nutritional coaching and the lost art of playing, to give his clients superior results.

Having studied various fitness disciplines and working globally, he has also authored three fitness qualifications and has competed in Muay Thai, tennis, lacrosse and ultra-marathons. With a mission to revolutionise the way people think about their body, exercise and wellbeing, Dan is a thought leader in the development of ‘mind / body’ training and is a celebrated coach to athletes, models, Hollywood actors and royalty..
